Welcome

Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’ve found your way to this space, chances are life has been asking a lot of you lately. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for a place where you can pause and be honest with yourself. You don’t need to have everything figured out to be here.

I believe that the challenges we face often carry the potential for growth, even when they feel heavy or confusing. In my work, I don’t focus on fixing you or pushing you toward quick solutions. Instead, I offer a supportive space where your goals are respected, your needs are taken seriously, and your individuality is welcome.

This is a place to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. At your pace. In your way. You’re not here to perform or meet expectations, you’re here to be yourself and to find clarity, strength, and direction that feel right for you.

I’m honored to walk alongside you, wherever you are on your journey.

“Even from the stones that are placed in our path, something beautiful can be built.”

Johann Wolfgang Goethe (1749-1832)

What I Focus On

Life Coaching

Life coaching is a supportive and reflective process designed to help individuals navigate personal and professional challenges. It offers a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life situations openly, gain clarity, and discover new perspectives and possible ways forward.

Life Transitions & Personal Growth

At different stages of life, from adolescence to adulthood, we encounter periods of change and transition. In these moments, questions often come up, such as:

Who am I truly? Where am I heading? Why does something inside feel unsettled, despite everything appearing okay on the outside?

Supporting Motherhood

Becoming a mother changes many things. A new role is added, and with it come new emotions, thoughts, needs, and often doubts. Many women experience an inner pressure during this phase to meet everyone’s expectations: those of their child, their partnership, their social environment, their profession, and themselves.

Parent Coaching for Special Challenges

When your own child receives a diagnosis or has additional needs, many things change. You may be accompanied by worries, uncertainty, or grief. At the same time, there is often a strong inner pressure to be there for everyone, especially for your child.

Relaxation Techniques

In the sessions, you can expect individualized guidance and exercises tailored to your needs, mindful practices grounded in stillness and reflection, meditation understood as quiet presence, guided imagery that invites rest and trust, and moments of self-awareness that create space for peace and guidance.

Testimonies

The ten sessions of Progressive Muscle Relaxation with Ms. Crawford were a truly enriching experience for me. From the very first to the last session, I felt completely comfortable and well supported.

Ms. Crawford not only teaches the method in an incredibly competent and easy-to-understand way, but also creates a calm and warm atmosphere in which it is easy to relax right away. With her empathetic and open manner, she made it easy for me to fully engage in the exercises and truly take something valuable with me.

Thank you so much for everything.

I am very grateful for the psychological counseling with Michelle. She is an incredibly kind and competent therapist who always has an open ear and makes sure you truly feel heard.
With her extensive knowledge and great empathy, she addresses all concerns and supports you on your path toward healing. Her warm and loving nature creates a trusting atmosphere in which you feel completely at ease.

I attended Michelle Crawford’s most recent course and was immediately very impressed.
Even before the course began, each participant had a detailed initial consultation with her. During this session, she addressed my concerns and wishes in a very empathetic way, and we discussed how Progressive Muscle Relaxation could help reduce my anxiety and tension.

I can highly recommend Progressive Muscle Relaxation to anyone. Michelle guided the exercises so professionally and clearly that I was able to experience deep relaxation after a short time. I had suffered from anxiety for many years, and I can truly recommend PMR with Michelle to anyone who struggles with anxiety or tension. For me, this course became a weekly highlight.

I have been in coaching with Michelle for several months now, and from the very beginning I felt comfortable and well cared for.
Michelle immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere where I feel heard, taken seriously, and accepted. This has made it easier for me over time to open up.

There is always space for my questions, and she also explains certain topics on a theoretical level, which helps me better understand myself. Scheduling appointments is uncomplicated, and the online setting works very well.

I also participated in the PMR course, which had a very pleasant and respectful atmosphere. I was honestly surprised at how well it worked for me. Michelle is always open to feedback, which makes the course especially enjoyable.

I can absolutely recommend both the counseling and the PMR course. Thank you so much, Michelle.

I want you to know how much you have helped me better understand my challenges.
I have never spent so much time and energy reflecting on my birth family, my self-worth, and my life situation. Between my health conditions, which brought very deep-seated issues and triggers to the surface, I have come to realize how closely trust, positivity, and happiness are connected to my current healing process. You are a key part of that journey.

Michelle helped me through a very difficult time after a separation.
My wife had cheated on me, and it was very hard for me to let go. I realized that the relationship was highly manipulative and that I had been trapped in many harmful thought patterns. Through the coaching, I learned to love myself again and to trust my own feelings.

Thank you very much.

He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.”
